Review: iWhite Nose Pack

A few weeks ago, I went to the iWhite Pizza Party at Papa John's Greenhills. When I told you guys about that, someone requested for a review on their products.

I thought I'd start by reviewing one of their bestsellers.

The iWhite Nose Pack.

As you all might know, I am not skin care savvy so I haven't really tried a lot of nose packs. I have tried only one other nose pack thing and it was the White Mud *something* from the Face Shop. If you want a review on that, just ask!

Anywhoo, as I have said in my post about the iWhite event, this is supposed to remove blackheads, whiteheads and dirt and it has Mulberry Extract, Panax Ginseng and Alo Vera. I posted the uses of these ingredients in the iWhite post so just hop on over there for more information.

Okay so, here goes.

Here is what it looks like when you squeeze it out. The look and consistency kind of reminds me of Elmer's Glue. I think that it helps to adhere onto the skin to take the blackheads, whiteheads and dirt out more easily.

Putting the product on is a little tricky for me. It literally is like trying to evenly place glue on your face. I suggest that you take a little more than what you would think and try to evenly apply it in one swipe because if you try doubling over spots you've missed, all the product will end up on your fingers all over again.

Oh and be sure to get your hair out of the way. My hair sometimes gets stuck on the white gooeyness.

Peeling it off is a bit hard. It's like peeling off packaging tape that you've somehow gotten on your skin. My advice is to treat it like a band aid and just yank the whole thing off at once.

Please don't be grossed out in the next picture...

TA DA! All the dirt that used to be on my nose!

I removed the nose strip when it was dry to the touch but apparently, underneath, it was still wet, so I suggest waiting the full 15 minutes before taking it off.

But if this does happen to you, don't try pulling the little bits off because you'll end up pinching yourself. Just wash it off with water and a little bit of facial wash. If that doesn't work, use your toner.

So, there. I did tell you guys that I have only tried one other nose pack thing but they generally work the same so, I must say that I prefer this one just because you're getting the same thing but cheaper.

Overall, I actually enjoyed "playing" with this that at one point, I did it everyday for days in a row. I know that's bad, you're only supposed to do it 2-3 times a week but it was so fun! Sue me! LOL

So, there you go!

Hope you like!

QUESTION OF THE DAY:
What other nose pack thingies have you guys used?

When I'm bored I take out my daiso charcoal mask too! And since it's not just for the nose, sometimes I put it on my cheeks, then forehead, then... you get the idea. :))

Your skin is so good!!! :D Seriously.
I've never really tried peel it off your nose thingies before because I heard they're bad for your skin, but I'm not too sure about that. It seems to work perfectly for you though! Following you now, babe! And on Twitter too! :)
