I mentioned in my "Organization: Bangles, Watches or Bracelets" post that I will show you how I organize my necklaces. I know that that was a long time ago, but I kept putting this off 'cause I was to lazy to actually get the things together.
Finally, I did it and here it is!
First, I will show you how I organize my long-chained necklaces. It's really a no-brainer. I just stuck hooks on the back of my closet doors.
A tip that I could give you, that I regret not thinking of earlier, is to spray paint the hooks first so, it'd match your color scheme better. I might still find a way to make these hooks black but for now, they remain a boring white.
The next is probably the more exciting and out there bit. It is my short necklace organizer.
So, what I did is I put a collage on a cork board and I used fat pins for my necklaces to hang off of. I got the inspiration for this when I was watching room tours on YouTube and I saw that a lot of other girls do this with a plain cork board. As you probably know by now, I cannot handle anything that's plain. That's why I jazzed it up with a collage.
That was the part that I kept putting off. I literally just finished doing the collage before writing this post. It took me less than five minutes and virtually nothing to make this organizer. (My friend gave me the cork board as well as the pins.)
So, there you go! I hope you guys enjoy this post and if you decide to do this as well, link it in the comments below so I can see your rendition of this.
