Tutorial: Dramatic Black Smoky Eyes for Beginners

Hi! :)

This is my first ever tutorial so, be nice!

I thought, to start things off, that I should do my most favorite eyeshadow look. So, here's a black smoky eye look for beginners using only one shadow.

Products Used:
2. Prestige Ultimate Eye Definer (UD01 Blackest Black)
3. Prestige Bake Shadow Quad Mineral Eyeshadow (MEK-01 Gemma) (the darkest shadow from this quad)
4. Face Powder (I don't know the brand of the one I used)
5. Cover Girl Lash Blast Volume (Very Black)

Brushes/Tools Used:
1. Fluffy Eyeshadow Brush (Elianto 8pc Brush Set)
2. Marionnaud No37 Eyes Brush
2. e.l.f. Mechanical Eyelash Curler

1st Step:
Apply a primer.
2nd Step:
Get a creamy black eye liner and apply it all over your lid like this.
3rd Step:
You can use a cotton swab or your finger to blend/smudge out the edges of the liner you just placed on your lid. Also, extend the liner to your lower lash line.4th Step:
All the areas you placed eye liner on, cover it with the black shadow. Take time to blend all the edges out. If the black shadow reaches your eyebrows, use your powder and apply it under your eyebrows and blend downwards.
5th Step: Line your waterline and your tightline, curl your lashes and apply mascara.
BOOM!

Hope you like!

I applaud those who can wear the black smokey eye out. I wish I was confident enough, but I'm not. This is a great tutorial for your first time. Can't wait to see more.
