Review: Cream Silk Precision Repair Treatment

Well, hello there!

Rating:
5: Beyond Explanation
4: Awesome
3: Decent
2: Dislike
1: Hate
0: Abhor

1. Packaging: (2/5)
I do not like the packaging. At all. If you watch the packaging video from this post I made, you will see that this kind of packaging is a breeding ground for bacteria. When you grab the product, some of the bacteria you had on your hands will transfer to the product. Once you close the cap, the darkness and dampness will help bacteria multiply. But putting all that aside, it is really just hard to open these kinds of packaging especially when in the shower.

2. Scent: (4/5)
It smells like the way any other regular hair product would. Actually, it was only now that I noticed the scent. When I apply it to my hair though, I wasn't disgusted or anything.

3. Application: (3/5)
The application is a bit bothersome. First of all, you have no set measuring techniques. Sometimes I get too much, other times, I get too little. It's annoying. Then, there's the issue of where to apply it. Do not apply too much to your roots because that will leave your hair oily. Then, there's another issue of waiting 3-5 minutes for it to sink in. I mean, what do you do for three minutes in the shower? But basically, it applies the same as any deep conditioner.

4. Effect: (3/5)
It leaves your hair so smooth and so soft and so amazing... for a day. Sometimes, two days. It has amazing effects but I wish it lasted up until the time that you had to use it again. I only use it once a week cause I don't really do anything damaging to my hair.

5. Amount of Product and How Long It Lasts: (5/5)
I have really really thin hair and a tub like that has lasted me MONTHS. I can't even remember when I bought this. Probably late last year and I only got halfway through! I seriously lasts forever for a girl like me with thin, fine hair.

OVERALL RATING: 3.4/5
WOULD I RECOMMEND?: No. There are cheaper alternatives. The effect is just not worth it.

OTHER FACTORS:

Price: Php 258
Availability: Watson's

I've had that experience before!! It sucks but sadly, I haven't found a remedy for that either. If I come across any on YouTube, I'll let you know.

Sorry that I couldn't be of more help. :-/

I was looking for something for my hair yesterday and I came across this one. I almost bought it but I didn't coz I'm not such a fan of products in jars. I ALWAYS mess up and end up not using the product anymore. HAHAHA

Ohmygosh! Good thing you didn't!! It's so not worth the money. I already bought another one to replace it. It's the Sunsilk Php99 one. :)
