D.I.Y.: Dangle Earrings Organization

Hello!

So, this is another one of my organization tips but this one's a D.I.Y.

Way way way back, I had a bunch of dangly earrings and I stored them in a box. I got tired of getting them tangled with each other so I devised a plan to organize them in an aesthetically pleasing way.

The items I used are ones I already had so, there's no doubt that you could find these things lying around as well.

Materials:

1. Frame

I had this wooden frame from one of my paintings that I removed. I'm pretty sure you can get this at a craft store or a frame store. Also, there are alternatives. You can buy a picture frame and knock out the glass. Just be resourceful!

2. String

I had spare crochet string lying around but you could use whatever's strong enough!

3. Tape

I used packaging tape.

4. Old Shoelace

5. Super Glue

Step 1:

Tape down the end of the string to the back of the frame.

Step 2:

Literally, go crazy! Just keep wrapping the string round and round while creating a web-like pattern! The crazier, the better! Just make sure to keep the string taut and secure. Stick some tape as you go along.

Step 3:

Just for extra security, wrap your tape all along the lengths of the frame to tape the strings down.

Step 4:

Apply super glue to either sides of the back of the frame and stick the ends of the shoelace to it. This makes for easier hanging!

..and Voila! Just hang your earrings at random spots and there you go! Both cute and functional!
